1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Product prices on our website do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight and dimensional weight (length × width × height) of your package once it arrives at our warehouse.

📘 Important Notes on Shipping Costs
Note 1: Shipping invoices are time-sensitive
We calculate shipping fees using the carrier’s official rate on the day your goods arrive at our warehouse. Rates are typically stable for 7–15 days.
If you delay payment beyond 30 days, the carrier may adjust their rates. Any additional cost caused by delayed payment will be borne by the customer. You may also choose to wait for rates to decrease—just keep us informed.

Contact our team and we’ll provide a reference estimate. Please note this is not a final quote—actual shipping costs are determined at the time of packing.

Delays caused by force majeure events are beyond our control and cannot be used to claim compensation from the carrier.
2. Shipping Process

3. Shipping Insurance
Every order shipped by PandaVaults is protected by complimentary shipping insurance.
✅ What Is Covered?
- Serious damage during transit (structural breakage, missing major components)
❌ What Is Not Covered?
- Minor imperfections: scratches, paint chips, degumming, or small breakage
- These are considered normal risks of transporting handcrafted resin art
📸 Proof of Damage
To file an insurance claim, you must provide:
- A continuous, unedited video of the entire unboxing process
- Clear close-ups of the damaged areas and packaging
⚠️ Without a complete unpacking video, carriers will reject compensation claims.
If damage is confirmed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and guide you through the process.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
In many countries, imported goods are subject to customs duties, GST, VAT, or other border fees.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
PandaVaults does not collect or cover any border-related fees.
✅ Tax-Free Shipping Options
If your country supports Sea, Train, Land, or Special Line shipping, your shipment may include tax or require only minimal tax payment. Please check with our team for region-specific eligibility.
