All dates are estimates. Production and shipping delays can occur due to studio schedules, rework, or logistics.
How to Order
For Early Bird / Pre-Order Items
- Browse and select your item
- Choose Deposit or Full Payment
- Enter shipping address and contact info
- Complete payment via PayPal or credit card
- When the product is ready, we’ll contact you with photos and an invoice for:
- Final payment (if deposit was paid)
- Shipping cost
- Pay the invoice and wait for your collectible to arrive
For Pre-Order Closed / Released Items
- Browse and select your item
- Choose Full Payment
- Enter shipping address and contact info
- Complete payment
- When the product is ready, we’ll contact you with a freight invoice
- Pay shipping and wait for delivery
Deposit vs Full Payment

Full Payment (Super Sale): Rare, hard-to-find statues sourced from the secondary market. We inspect and photograph each piece before shipping.
Why Is Shipping Paid Separately?
Product prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual box size and weight once the item arrives at our warehouse. We will provide you with multiple shipping options (air/land/sea) and quotes for you to choose from.
Important: Final Payment & Freight Deadlines
- Final Payment (Balance): Once the studio requests payment, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email. We will remind you at least three times within 30 days.
- Shipping Payment: After the product arrives at our warehouse, we will provide the shipping invoice and options. We will also remind you at least three times within 30 days.
⚠️ If we receive no response within 30 days, your order may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of the item, and any payments already submitted to the studio cannot be refunded.
A Note on Resin Statues
Resin statues are handcrafted, fragile works of art. Each piece is carefully packed by the studio and reinforced by our team before leaving our warehouse. However, international shipping carries inherent risks.
Minor imperfections—such as small breaks, fine fractures, or surface scratches—may occasionally occur. These are not considered defects.
✅ If you encounter an issue:
- Contact us immediately with photos and a description
- We will contact the studio to request replacement parts (subject to availability)
- We cover shipping costs from the studio to our warehouse
- The collector is responsible for international shipping of replacement parts
If replacement parts are unavailable, we will assist with insurance claims from the carrier.
